Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process

  1. Email trailr@trailr.cfd with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
